Community support is a core value at Insty-Prints in Bozeman and Belgrade. Our new FootPRINT Fund can help your nonprofit organization in its quest to create a lasting “footprint” in the Gallatin Valley, Big Sky and West Yellowstone. For 2007, we have seeded the FootPRINT Fund with $20,000 of in-kind printing to help non-profit organiziations promote their programs. We encourage each of you to apply for a “FootPRINT” grant to build better communities in our area one step at a time. See press release.
Who is Eligible?
Nonprofit groups or charitable organizations
who strive to make our communities better
in Gallatin County may apply.
What is the Value of Services Awarded?
Qualifying organizations may receive
FootPRINT grants of from $50 to $1,000.
Amounts awarded may vary from the
amount requested. In 2007, $20,000 of grants
will be awarded.
There will be two grant application periods
during 2007. Application deadlines will be
Feb 9, 2007 and July 31, 2007.
All awarded print services must be used
before the end of 2007 and must be scheduled
with adequate lead time to accommodate
Insty-Prints production schedule.
Awards may not be used to offset any existing
account balances due to Insty-Prints.

Cover letters are not required, but if more space
is needed for descriptions, please attach an
additional sheet. The application deadline is
February 9, 2007. Applicants receiving an award
will be notified by February 28.
What are the Selection Criteria?
Applications are reviewed by a panel of members
from the local community. The panel
responds in writing to all applications that are
submitted.
Organizations should not assume an award has
been given until notification. Any eligible organization
or association can apply and need not
be a customer of Insty-Prints.
Award recipients are selected based upon how
the print services will be used to further the
organization’s goals, including:
Service expansion – Use of print services to
contribute to expanding an organization’s
awareness or existing service projects.
Program enhancements – Use of print services
to promote new programs or projects.
Leveraged efforts – Use of print services to
increase the impact of other existing resources.

Get up to 50 full-color, customized posters for your next event through the Insty-Prints Posters with Purpose™ program. The posters are free to nonprofit organizations and associations. No application is required. The FootPRINT Fund and Posters with Purpose™ are part of the Insty-Prints Community Care Campaign, which also includes Adventures in Safety, a child safety program.
